“I could not have asked for a more patient, fun, chilled, calm and helpful driving instructor. Rich was absolutely brilliant. I’d never learned to drive before and at 37 (and being totally new to Salisbury) was a bit overwhelmed to say the least! This week I passed first time with one minor fault and am so grateful for the work Rich put in. He was incredibly clear and positive, always encouraging and pleasant to drive with and just a wonderful all round teacher. After a terrible experience with Mike Del Grosso (another Salisbury instructor that I really would not recommend) I landed on my feet here. If he’s available, book him in, or if not, wait til he is, just cannot recommend enough.”

He gets to know you and forms a connection with you to better understand how you make your decisions and what to fix. “Rich is one of the best driving instructors around! There is not one day where I didn’t look forward to doing driving lessons with him, each lessons is filled with laughter and just good times and at the same time learning as much as you can. I learned pretty quickly with Rich and taught me all the stuff I need to do to pass my driving test. He’s a very straight forward and efficient instructor, he taught me everything considering I had no experience in driving. His lessons are very structured and split into parts in a way where you can understand it more clearly. Although, learning how to drive is not the only thing I learnt from Rich, I also learnt many life lessons from Rich, and how to always think positive whatever the situation is. I highly recommend Rich as a driving instructor, he will get you that driving license before you eve know it, but you also have to put the effort and determination to it. “I couldn’t recommend Rich enough, Due to my situation i needed driving lessons in a short period of time all of which he was able to accommodate working around my busy and complex work schedule.

Instantly i got along with him very well and learning was easily due to his friendly nature and very good teaching styles.

I passed my extended driving test within 3 lessons with which was a true credit to Rich. Each lesson was thoroughly enjoyable and almost a shame i don’t have any more.

“I want to say a massive thank you to Rich from Passmaster! At the beginning I was very nervous about driving and was struggling to get my head round the basics. Rich was extremely patient and took everything at my own pace and was more than happy to answer all questions whilst building up my knowledge and confidence.

Each lesson was tailored to my individual needs, I never felt like I was being rushed and no question was a stupid one! Every lesson was fun and we had a right laugh along the way.

When test day arrived I was very nervous and very much doubted myself, and again Rich made me feel very supported, at complete ease and I am over the moon that I passed this week with no minors which I never thought would be possible!! Rich is genuinely one of the most friendly and interesting people I’ve ever come across, I immediately felt welcome and comfortable sharing a space with him for two hours a week, and I found myself looking forward to my lessons just because I enjoyed our conversations so much.

From the get go he was always patient, able to crack jokes to diffuse stressful situations and his explanations of driving scenarios were so clear and concise it would be impossible not to absorb the information. There was not a single moment I did not trust him with either my safety or my driving education and it was only because of him that I went from zero experience to passing my test first try.

“I started driving lessons when I was 17, and have gone through 3 other driving instructors but found it just wasn’t the right fit. I’m 21 now and passed my test yesterday, and it was all thanks to Rich. After not driving for almost a year and a half I started again in January with rich and by April I have now passed. And I couldn’t have done it without him. He is genuinely the most lovely guy and puts you so at ease. Any mistakes made he doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable he tells you it’s fine and I would improve and we carry on. He explains everything in a way that you just understand and means you can remember easily.
