Rich is genuinely one of the most friendly and interesting people I’ve ever come across, I immediately felt welcome and comfortable sharing a space with him for two hours a week, and I found myself looking forward to my lessons just because I enjoyed our conversations so much.

From the get go he was always patient, able to crack jokes to diffuse stressful situations and his explanations of driving scenarios were so clear and concise it would be impossible not to absorb the information. There was not a single moment I did not trust him with either my safety or my driving education and it was only because of him that I went from zero experience to passing my test first try.

“I started driving lessons when I was 17, and have gone through 3 other driving instructors but found it just wasn’t the right fit. I’m 21 now and passed my test yesterday, and it was all thanks to Rich. After not driving for almost a year and a half I started again in January with rich and by April I have now passed. And I couldn’t have done it without him. He is genuinely the most lovely guy and puts you so at ease. Any mistakes made he doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable he tells you it’s fine and I would improve and we carry on. He explains everything in a way that you just understand and means you can remember easily. “Honestly the best driving instructor i’ve ever had. Rich is really supportive as he is patient, and will take extra care in things to make sure you’re comfortable and safe on your own.
